I was recently looking for music for my upcoming show and came upon this organization that some of you may find interesting and useful... It's the Association of Music Podcasting. Its primary goal is to serve Podcasters that play music as well as musicians who are looking for an outlet however I thought it was a good source for folks to leverage as well as find some cool tunes to potentially use or listen to...

AMP Mission Statement
The mission of the Association of Music Podcasting is to support and further the efforts of music podcasts.This is done by:
Promoting friendship and a working relationship with artists,
Supporting independent artists,
Supporting listeners to music podcasts through education and marketing,
Offering mutual support of AMP members,
Ensuring quality standards for AMP podcasts,
Acting as a repository for information concerning music podcasts including: Technical information, Legal information about playing music on podcasts, Listing of artists and labels who offer their music to podcasts.
We encourage you to utilize the resources and members of the Association. Here are some ways to do so:
