What is your greatest challenge as an online broadcaster?
Initially, my biggest challenge was to convince my peers and my industry that transitioning from radio to Internet broadcasting was a step up, not a mistake that I might regret one day. People close to me thought I was crazy to completely abandon radio...Now they get it.

Hi Spencer,
I have close to 30yrs of traditional radio experience and I have to admit, I use to look down on Internet radio but not anymore! In fact now I've taken my skills and knowledge and now teach others about online broadcasting. I'm having a blast hosting my own talk show online too.
