Fresh from the VidBlaster Forum...

Several improvements to the Player and Recorder modules make this beta release of VidBlaster perform much better on underpowered machines (favor video frame over audio dropping). Other changes include better performance of the player module, new additions to the API and other minor changes & bug fixes.

The work on the Playlist module in v3.18 is the precursor to the work for the new Playlist/Playout module.
