No thanks. I will stick with independently hosted streaming. If anything, The codec possibilitys offered through video by Veetle far surpass whatever google wants to offer. At least they are extremely VLC friendly. I would rather have choice in how my content gets presented. Thats just me.

We have had Youtube live for a while now and do not use it to broadcast our shows. the TOS states that you can not have any 3rd party ads. Since we make all our money from ads I dont think it would work for us :)

Bingo. I cant understand why everyone got so crazed over youtube doing this. Its a nice source for getting found.... If they had started streaming 2-4 years ago.

Now with Veetle? Veetle over You Tube live streaming any day of the week. Youtube did this not ready for the amount of bandwidth they would have to use for the everyday streamer, and walked into this thing half cocked.

This wont take off. You tube jumped on the streaming options with too many restrictions WAY to late in the game.
